How does it work?
We offer two equipment delivery options:
- we simply deliver and pick-up the equipment you’ve selected; or,
- we also provide full assistance (fitting), if requested.
In the second case, one of our employees will bring your gear to your hotel and also adapt it to your needs, offering complete, ‘turnkey’ assistance.
For example, we will explain to you how to use the functions of the electric bike, adjust the saddle to your height, prepare the mountain equipment with you, the via ferrata kit, and provide you with all the necessary advice for your independent excursions in the Dolomites. Delivery includes compulsory insurance.

You can rely on our online booking platform. Once you have chosen the items you are interested in, select the hotel delivery and pick-up option at checkout.
We will contact you by email for more information to ensure that your gear is properly labelled and ready for you at your accommodation.

Prefer to come to the shop to select your gear?
If you prefer to choose bikes and via ferrata kits directly in our rental shop and then have them brought to your accommodation at a later date, simply inform our staff on site to request the service.
