To find your equipment ready for you
On our “ONLIKE BOOKING” service, just a few clicks and a user friendly interface allow to select, book, and pay for your equipment from home. In doing so, you will be sure that the selected equipment is available and rental operations will be quicker.
The system allows to cancel your booking and get a full refund up to 48 hours before the first day of rent. If cancellation is communicated after the indicated time, the customer will receive a voucher for the full amount to spend in the shop.
What makes our service unique is the free of charge delivery of the rented equipment at your hotel. At your arrival you will find all your rented gear, labelled with your name, in the ski room.
Carefully fill in the booking form to receive the equipment that suits you best.
Our booking team will contact you by email if further information is required to select the right equipment for you and make sure that everything goes according to your request.
Nonetheless, in case the equipment does not meet your expectations, you may always come to one of our shops to get something more suitable for you.
Those who have made an online booking and personally pick up the rented gear should go to Snow Service 2, located at 11/a Via 29 Maggio.
Upon request, pick up can be arranged in a different location.
A 10% discount will be made for online bookings.
